Scope and operator

These terms concern the Tapestry PRM website, waitlist and optional discovery form operated by AMS Global Ventures, LLC in New York, United States. The application is in private testing. A software licence or beta participation agreement will be provided separately before it applies to you. This page does not grant us access to your accounts, conversations or contacts.

The waitlist and discovery

The current signup invites you to subscribe to Tapestry PRM emails about beta access, product updates and occasional offers, as stated beside the submit button. Email permission comes from that choice, not from accepting these terms. The current form does not send a confirmation email. Joining is not a purchase, reservation or guarantee of access. You may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your ability to use the product when available. Earlier one-email requests retain their original scope.

Optional discovery helps us understand needs and plan testing; a person makes invitation decisions based on compatibility, relevant needs and available capacity. Use an email address you control. Do not submit someone else’s private information, private conversation content, passwords or confidential material. Joining does not grant permission for research calls or marketing for other ventures. We do not charge for joining this waitlist.

Using the website

You may use the website for lawful personal or business evaluation, link to it and quote it with attribution. We retain our rights in the site’s original content, design and marks. Do not suggest endorsement without permission, impersonate others, disrupt the site or attempt unauthorised access. Good-faith security research should follow our vulnerability disclosure policy.

Third-party names and services are owned and operated by their respective organisations. A link does not imply endorsement. Any software eventually provided is governed by its applicable licence; these website terms do not change an open-source licence.

Feedback and product direction

We may use ideas you voluntarily submit to improve Tapestry without an obligation to pay for them. This does not transfer ownership of your personal data or private content; our privacy notice governs personal information. Do not include material you do not have authority to provide.

Product examples may be illustrative or fictional and will be labelled. Planned capabilities, availability and pricing may change. They are not a commitment to supply a particular feature or service. We aim to keep the site accurate and correct material errors.

Availability and responsibility

The website is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or non-excludable consumer rights. These terms do not disclaim our obligations under data-protection law or make an absolute security guarantee.

Law, changes and contact
